Now that you’ve got scheduling meetings down to a science (thanks in part to our last newsletter), we’d like to move on team productivity. We’re all doing more with less these days which makes the team approach to business all the more crucial. Remember, there’s no “I” in team! But how do you keep everyone on the same page? And how do you track what’s been done and what’s left to do? Take a deep breath and read on. We’re part of your team, remember?

Put it in A Bubble

Project management has never been so easy or so fun! (Yes, fun!) With Project Bubble, you can keep track of all sorts of activities including files, timesheets, invoices and more. It’s the perfect site for all you freelancers and virtual employees who either work alone or on a team. The website itself is colorful and entertaining, and they have a great tutorial narrated by a British man who sounds just like Jude Law (bonus!). We think you’ll find this nifty tool a pleasure to use. (Did we mention it’s free?)

What a Concept!

Remember the days when creative was routed via the traffic department and would end up sitting on someone’s desk for days? Those days are gone! The folks at ConceptShare have taken getting creative feedback to the next level. With ConceptShare, you can upload a design and invite team members and clients to comment, approve, even markup artwork, videos and documents. You’ll save time by not having to schedule meetings and folks can comment anytime from anywhere. The fees are reasonable and the site offers several levels of use depending on the number of projects you expect to upload each month. It’s a great concept and one we’ll think you’ll love!

Time for Toggl

As the saying goes, “Time is money.” But you don’t need us to tell you that. If you’re billing by the hour, losing track of time worked can lead to income lost. Toggl does just what its name implies: it allows you to easily switch back and forth between various tasks to track your time and create reports. Like the aforementioned sites, Toggl is perfect for individuals and teams, lawyers, freelancers and developers. Anyone who “sells time” as the site states. And it’s all done with 1-click so you won’t waste time tracking your time. There are both no charge and paid versions. No need to waiver, Toggl is a winner!

Hopefully we’ve given you some great online tools to boost productivity and streamline some of your processes. And with Thanksgiving just a few days away, we’d like to take the opportunity to say “Thanks” for reading our newsletter. Hope your holiday is a great one!

Until next time…
